Hole No 4 - 405m Par 4

The longest par 4 on the front nine, but slightly downhill. Avoid the left side, as the slope of the fairway will kick drives into the grassy hollow from which the approach to the green is complicated. The best line off the tee, therefore, is toward the fairway bunker 260m distant where a soft swale short of the bunker will afford the best set-up for the second. Approach shots can be run into the green along the right, but attacking the left side of the pin positions will require a lofted shot - and considerable courage when the flag is in the left rear corner.
