The kitchen is fully equipped and features granite worktops to compliment the integral facilities, such as a dishwasher. The washing machine is taken away from the kitchen and housed in a separate utility room on the lower level.
The property has four bedrooms in total, two twin rooms and two double rooms, split over 3 floors. On the lower level there is the first double bedroom with adjacent shower room, and door leading to the pool terrace.
Up a small flight of stairs from the ground level are the two twin rooms, both with their own balconies, one to the front of the villa one to the rear of the villa, and share a family bathroom.
The master double bedroom is located on the 2nd floor with it?s own en-suite bathroom. Also accessed from this level is the large roof terrace.
All bedrooms are fully air conditioned.
The main pool terrace is fabulous with ample seating for dining or lounging and BBQ area with sink so as to eliminate those dirty utensils entering the villa. The terrace is accessed from the lounge or dining area through magnificent French doors. The swimming pool is an 8m by 4m overflow pool and pool shower is also provided.
