Our tour of the villa will begin with the outdoor area which boasts stunning sea views and privacy. The large double edged infinity pool features in-pool stools facing the sea making it a perfect setting to enjoy some cool afternoon drinks whilst taking in the fabulous views. The pool also has bubble jets in the shallow end and is also Chlorine free. Next to the pool is a children's paddling pool with a glass wall style waterfall running into it creating a very picturesque setting.
A small staircase leads up to the upper part of the lawned garden which is overlooked by a large shaded patio area, ideal for BBQs or relaxation during the warm summer days.
The villa is split into 4 levels.
Ground Level
A spacious double lounge runs for almost the full width of the villa. Being at a slightly lower level from the kitchen and dining area and separated from them by a stunning glass partition, makes this an extremely large and luxurious living and entertainment area. The lounge benefits from the many doors that lead out to the patio, views from inside are of the Aphrodite Hills ravine, 5 star.
The remaining levels are comprised of 5 super luxury bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms which have been fitted with the finest marble and granite imported from Italy. The master bedroom is on the upper level and boasts a large plasma TV for your entertainment. It also houses a walk in wardrobe and the en suite bathroom has a large walk in shower and separate bath as well as his and her sinks. A large private balcony is accessed from the master bedroom, views are simply sublime.
All bedrooms are furnished to the highest standards, no compromise has been made with regards to quality.
The top most level of the villa is where one can enjoy truly panoramic views. Paphos itself visible in the distance, the mountains, the Aphrodite Hills ravine and of course, the Mediterranean Sea all in view from this balcony.
The lowest level of the villa houses the entertainment room, complete with hi tech cinema system and surround sound. Being below ground, one needn�t worry about disturbing any one in the immediate area. This room also doubles up as a bedroom as it has a large sofa bed as well as en suite!
The entire villa has been furnished with top class electrical goods and furniture.
The front garden is exceptionally large, boasts two driveways, car port and electric gates. Being within walking distance of the resort village square makes this one of the most sought after villas on our portfolio.
