This villa boasts five bedrooms, all with en suite facilities. Three of the bedrooms have twin beds, whilst the master bedroom has a large double bed. There is a further basement bedroom/office, which has a single bed, and a desk with computer, printer, TV and Nintendo. The top floor bedrooms each have their own balconies with wonderful sea views.
The living areas are spacious and attractively furnished. The dining room seats eight with room to spare, whilst there are an additional 2 stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is modern and will cater for all of your culinary ambitions and for convenience on those summer days the American style fridge-freezer has an ice and water dispenser. The open plan living room has a large plasma TV and video/ DVD player, together with an extensive book, video and DVD library for your enjoyment. The living room centrepiece is a large open fireplace for you to gather round on those rare cool winter nights. On the lower level is a separate laundry/ironing room.
Outside, the spacious patio is furnished with tables, chairs and sunbeds, and the gas barbeque makes it ideal for al fresco dining. The 10 metre swimming pool is bordered by a large sunbathing terrace, and adjacent is an extensive lawned garden. The villa is not overlooked, and, being set on such a large plot you will find many different areas to sit and relax in total peace and privacy.
