The villa is well within walking distance of the Aphrodite Hills Village Square which features shops, restaurants, spa, club house and other amenities.
Bedrooms - 3
The master bedroom is a well furnished double room with en suite jacuzzi bathroom and leads directly onto the main balcony. It also has a private balcony to the side. The remaining 2 bedrooms are twin rooms, the first with balcony access, the second with access to a private side area. All rooms are spacious and well lit adding to that Mediterranean feel.
The lounge, dining room, kitchen and hallway all form a superb living area that has access to the main balcony overlooking the eternity pool and garden.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, large double refrigerator, toaster, kettle, microwave and all other modcons.
The garden itself is stunning with fully landscaped grounds and it also accommodates a private parking and driveway should you decide to hire a car. The balcony features a built in BBQ complete with outdoor furniture for you to soak up the sunny climate in Cyprus when you are not on the golf course. The pool is a private 5 x 10m infinity.
