This package consists of 12 personal training sessions all customised
to achieve the personal goals
you set. Your targets will be set during your consultation with
our personal trainers after full fitness
testing and analysis. Your progress and achievements will be monitored
with your own personal
training diary throughout the period.

12. DAY MEMBERSHIPS
Our Thermae Day Membership allows entrance to
all areas and upper & lower level facilities but does not
include any treatment services. First level facilities also available:
pool and sundeck, fitness areas, full changing room facilities
& locker service.
Day memberships are limited and subject to availability.
Please note that all treatments above 45 minutes
include the day membership and freedom of the thermae & gardens.
